FAUCETS ARE DRY
Some people absolutely have no water
Towns and cities near the empty Kakhovka reservoir are more desperate this week. Water ran out faster than city councils expected. International Networx is committed to helping our builders and their church families that live in Apostolove, Ukraine. The town of 20,000 is depending on the church to help solve the water crisis. City officials who have grown to love and appreciate Liberty Church call Dima almost daily asking about the progress to drill a water well.
Friends of International Networx quickly responded to help start the process for supplying clean drinking water. High-capacity water containers will be distributed around Apostolove, nearby Nikopol and other villages where family and friends are desperate too.
Dima calculated they would need $12,000 to drill one well and buy 24-containers. Two drilling companies renigged on their agreements with better offers and bigger fees. The church is now hoping a third company will fulfill their contract to drill this week. But the price increased by $4000.
Our senior missionary is in Ukraine working closely with Dima and the church. As soon as the funds arrive to our US account, Becky is quickly providing them for the completion of this urgent project.
