Funds provided by your donors are tax deductible in the USA. Unless otherwise requested, the treasurer/bookkeeper will provide you with monthly account statements and will send a tax statement at the end of the year in accordance with Internal Revenue Service (IRS) rules. It’s your responsibility to acknowledge to your donors that their gift was received. You are responsible for raising your own funds.

The IRS requires that we report how ALL funds coming into International Networx are used. Therefore, our board of directors requires that partners provide activity reports. At a minimum you may send an occasional one-page digital newsletter including photos. The newsletter may be posted to our website and in our reports that we send to our donors. If you serve in a restricted area, write the text in such a way that will not expose your ministry; use nicknames instead of real names and/or blur faces. We will always do our best to protect you, so keep us informed of sensitivities. We MUST have something to show as proof of real ministry activity. Please advise if you would like to use a different method.

Funds that you raise which are sent by your donors to I.N. will be charged 10% to offset our administrative expenses unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. If we engage in efforts to raise funds on your behalf, the processing fee is 20%. Upon final agreement to enter partnership, you agree to pay a one-time $200 processing fee to set up your accounts and web page(s).

Any banking fees will be charged against your account.

We can electronically transfer funds or send checks directly to your bank account or designated personal representative. The partner must communicate via e-mail with our treasurer/bookkeeper the amount of funds requested from your account.

For overseas partners, in most cases you will be provided with an ATM card to draw your funds from our U.S. bank. For security, there is a zero balance on the ATM card until funds are requested.

6-A.B.C.D.E *

A. The available amount will be transferred to the ATM card (or other requested location) within one week (typically it can happen within 24-48 hours). The bookkeeper will communicate when the funds are available. B. For security, funds must be taken from the ATM within 48-hours or they will be transferred off the card and inaccessible until again requested. The partner MUST NOT WITHDRAW more than they have requested. If drawing in foreign currency accurately calculate the exchange rate. C. The partner must report back to the bookkeeper via e-mail within 24-hours that they withdrew the funds. D. The ATM card cannot be used to purchase items (Point of Sale-POS). It can ONLY be used in an ATM machine to get currency. For security, there is a maximum daily withdraw limit. If your local ATM daily withdraw limit is lower than our maximum, you can re-enter the card and pin code multiple times until you receive your maximum amount. Be advised that every pin code entry may result in fees from the ATM and our bank that are outside of our control. E. If the card is lost or stolen, the partner must report this to our bookkeeper immediately. We will not be responsible for any lost or stolen funds that occur outside of these protocols.

International Networx will keep you informed of current contacts for the treasurer/bookkeeper. You must also keep us informed of your current communication forms.

If the partner does not comply with these rules, International Networx may discontinue service. This is one way we help fulfill Christ’s Great Commission. If you make it difficult for us to serve you, we will notify you twice and give you opportunity to correct the infractions. If corrections are not made we will notify you of service being discontinued. Any funds remaining in your account will be re-designated to other International Networx ministry as determined by the Board of Directors.

I understand that International Networx does not REPLACE my church or pastor's role in my life. I have received my calling from God. I confess that I am able to pray, listen and follow Him obediently in all that He asks of me. International Networx may advise, consult and pray with me. I will obediently serve Him in the Who, What, When, Where and Why.
